This technique works on android 4.0 and above.
Step 1:
Download and install virtual router. http://virtualrouter.codeplex.com/
This technique doesn't work with connectify.
Now create a hotspot using virtual router.
Step 2:
Download and install CCProxy. http://www.youngzsoft.net/ccproxy/
Now goto Options->Advanced->cascading. Here enable cascading proxy and enter your proxy and its authentication details. Now stop ccproxy and start again. Now your ccproxy is ready to go.
Step 3:
CCProxy just made your computer a proxy server which don't need username and password. You can access internet in your android device using your computer's IP as proxy and on port 808.
To know your IP goto network and sharing network->select your network->details.
Step 4:
Enter your computer's IP in android's proxy setting and port 808. You are ready to go.
